A Sad State: Trump for President again.

 The country waits for the outcome of multiple Trump criminal trials before electing him President again (so the polls say). I have to disagree with the polls, because I refuse to believe this nation will elect Trump for President again.  Presidential immunity is anti-American and should not stop Trump from future convictions (if he is President again). I guess the country needs another lesson on cults and their leaders.

Who Will Run For President?

As I wrote before, my choice for the Democratic nominee for president in 2024 is Mrs. Obama. Since there is no chance she will run, I am left with inferior choices. Of course Democrats need to win, no matter who will be the nominee. There are many people (who we do not know) who would make a great president, but because of our corrupt system would never run. To bad, we are waisting such good talent. We talk about great presidents like Washington, Lincoln, FDR, etc.....It will take another great president to pull us out of our financial and cultural mess. That person exsist somewhere in our country, but not in our political parties. Does the cream rise to the top? Not in our political parties. No wonder we are left with crooks like Trump. My expectations for the future of America, are low. That does not mean America will be destroyed. It does mean decades of leaderless government and getting nothing done. Guns

I must tell you, I hate guns. I don't own a gun. I have never owned a gun.I have never shot a gum. I believe if guns were outlawed we would not have all these killings. Is it worth a 250 year old Constitutional right to accept all these killings? People have all sorts of Constitutional laws they would rewrite, but don't touch our guns. Lets kill the Electoral College, but leave our guns alone. At least we could limit certain guns. We used to have an AWB ban, but Republicans told us the people did not want that ban. Again, cries for gun control. As usual that will go nowhere. 4 dead in Ohio was enough to help get a president to resign. We need a Constitutional rewrite and the first of many things to go should be the 2nd amendment. My opinion. Yours.
